03Can I request more than one service?
Absolutely. You can select individual services or combine multiple services based on your needs.
04How do I request a service?
Simply complete our online request form and provide the information needed for the service you are requesting.
05Can I upload my documents instead of completing the entire form?
Yes. You may upload your documents, and our team can assist with completing the remaining information when applicable.
06How far in advance should I request a service?
We recommend submitting requests as early as possible. Some services require additional scheduling and preparation.
07Can you attend a closing, walkthrough or showing if I am unavailable?
Yes. Our representation services are designed to provide professional support when you are unable to attend, subject to the scope of the service and applicable requirements.
08Can you help me stay connected with past clients?
Yes. Our client appreciation services help you stay connected through birthdays, home purchase anniversaries, holidays, and other important occasions.
09What does the Virtual Assistant service include?
Administrative support for organizing and maintaining new and active leads, including information management and follow-up support.
10How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the service and scope of work. Transaction coordination is $299 per side or $395 for double-end. See our Fees page.
